If you are sailing and diving around the islands Kornati, you have to pass the southern coast of the island of Žirje, then Kasela island with numerous spires, formed as a result of tectonic disturbances, raising from the sea bottom at the depth of 40 meters up to the surface. Samograd island with a beautiful wall full of purple and yellow gorgonians and depth from about 15 to 60 meters.
On the island of Rasip, there are places for diving, suitable for experienced but even for the beginners. There is a cliff wall dropping from 3 to 65 meters and covered with corals, sponges and around it are many schools of various fish, with visibility about 40 m.

If you are on vacations close to town Zadar (Zara) you can take touristic boat from Biograd (place near to Zadar) . There are every day excursions. This excursions are usualy passing  between islands Ugljan and Pašman, and then approaching  to Kornati. You can see lots of little islands and cliffs like island Sestrica, island Taljerić, stop is in the bay Mir, Telaščica bay..where you can have lunch (fish and mussels, shelves) in the boat or restaurant, to see the wiew from the cliffs, make photos, see dalmatian donkeys, swim in salt lake and in the end swimm in crystal clear sea..
