Island Maun

The small island in front of the south-western coast of the island of Pag, separated from the island by five kilometers wide Maun Channel. The inhabitants of Pag use it for the sheep pasture. The caves on the north-western coast of the island serve as the anchorage for smaller ships because it is shel­tered from bura (the northern wind). The longest cove is Koromačna.

Island Ilovik
The small island with the settlement of the same name on the southern side of the island of Lošinj, with the area of 5.88 sq. kilometers. It is covered with macchia. The inhabitants live of Mediterranean culture, sheep farming and fishing. |t has permanent ship connection with Mali Lošinj, Zadar and Pula. There is the possibility of the private accommodation.
 
Island Susak

The small island opposite to Lošinj, with the area of 3.8 sq. kilo­meters, almost completely covered with vineyards. The only settleme­nt is the village of the same name, located on the eastern coast. It consists of the older part on the sand plateau, and the new part near the coast.

Island Unije

Located north-west from Lošinj with the area of 18 sq. kilometers. It is covered with the sand dunes and the Mediterranean bush. The only settlement is the village of Unije on the coast of a wide bay. The fertile soil is suitable for vineyards and agri­culture.

Island Lošinj

The area of the island is 24.7 sq. kilometers, the coast is very inde­nted, and the highest point is Televrina (589 m) on Osorščica. It is se­parated from Cres by 11 meters wi­de artificial channel (with a bridge) called the Osor Defile. The island has gentle Mediterranean climate, rich evergreen vegetation and well sheltered coves. There are five larg­er settlements: Nerezine, Sv. Jakov, Čunski, Mali and Veli Lošinj. All settlements are mutually well con­nected by the road net.

Island Cres
Cres is the island in the north­ern Adriatic with area of 404.3 sq. kilometers, and the highest point is Gorica, on altitude of 648 meters. It has 29 settlements and 3,238 inha­bitants. The coast of the island is poorly indented, there are only few bays: Koromačna on the eastern coast, and Creska luka, Valun, Martinščica and luka Ustrine on the western coast. In the central part there is a large fresh water lake Vrana with the area of 5.75 sq. kilometers. The bottom of that lake is 68 meters below the sea level. The northern part of the island is richer with forests, while the southern part has more scarce vegetation.

Island Košljun
The small island in Puntarska draga, covered with rich Mediterranean vegetation. It has been inhabited since Roman times. Benedictine abbey was founded in the 12th century, and in 1447 it was taken over by Franciscans, who built a new friery with the clauster in the 16th century. Today, the island is owned by Franciscans and it is not allowed to swim there.

If coming by car, you have to park above the beach and go by foot ...Great and little bit wild, ideal for those who seek intacted nature without  loudy bars!
